First Midwest Bank Case Study (using Dovetail HR Services technology during the COVID-19 pandemic)
To illustrate how one company coped during the pandemic using the latest HR Case Management technology and COVID-19 tracking and health screening technology, read Dovetail’s First Midwest Bank case study. Lori Sappington, VP HR Shared Services Manager at First Midwest Bank, found Dovetail's Employee Portal technology particularly valuable during the crisis:
“I like a lot of Dovetail HR Service Delivery features. Case Types and the Case Management Query tool are among them, but the #1 feature is the self-service Employee Portal with a searchable Knowledge Base. We have more than 450 Knowledge Articles in the Knowledge Base, including answers to common employee questions, inquiries, and queries. I would need two other team members if our employees didn’t have access to Dovetail’s Employee Portal.”
Total HR case workload increased by 20% during the period (March - November 2020) and the bank reported 2,381 employee cases caused by COVID-19.
