The G2 review site is an amazing source of feedback on vendors globally, and for us here at Dovetail there is nothing better than hearing feedback from customers.

I was looking at some of the recent customer reviews we had received on the G2 site, and was wondering what chatGPT (because chatGPT consumes all our lives recently 😸) would think about it, so I asked, and got the following reply:

As a provider of HR software solutions, we always strive to provide the best possible services to our customers. It is therefore with great pride that we share some of the amazing reviews we have received from our satisfied customers.

First, we have a customer who described our product as a "wonderful product to promote HR Shared Services capabilities". This is a testament to our commitment to providing a solution that meets the needs of our customers.

Another customer said that "Dovetail can be customized to our organization's employee service's needs". We believe that customization is key to ensuring that our customers get the most value from our software.

We were thrilled to receive a review that simply stated "Dovetail is easy to use!" This is something we strive for in all of our products - to make them user-friendly and intuitive.

It was also great to hear that "Dovetail is everything I could have ever asked for!" This tells us that we are meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations, which is always our goal.

A customer praised us for being an "HR friendly software", which is one of our core principles. We understand the complexities of HR and work hard to ensure that our software solutions make HR processes as easy and efficient as possible.
